🥘Resep Gyoza Ayam (Dumpling)
Untuk 40 Buah Gyoza

BAHAN :
Kulit Pangsit Secukupnya
250 Gram Daging Ayam (Boleh Diganti Dengan Udang ,Daging Sapi Cincang)
1 Siung Bawang Putih
Jahe Secukupnya
3 Lembar Kol Cincang
1 Batang Daun Bawang
1 Sdm Minyak Wijen
1 Sdt Kecap Asin
1/4 Sdt Merica Bubuk
1 Sdt Kaldu Bubuk
1 Sdt Gula Pasir
Garam Sedikit (Jika Tidak Pakai Kecap Asin,Tambahkan Garam)
2 Sdt Saus Tiram
1 Sdm Minyak Sayur
10 Sdm Air

🥘Chicken Gyoza Recipe
For 40 Pieces Gyoza

INGREDIENT :
Dumpling Skin
250 Grams of Chicken
1 Garlic
Ginger to taste
3 Chopped Cabbage Sheets
1 Green Onion
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 Tsp Soy Sauce
1/4 Tsp Pepper Powder
1 Tsp Powder Broth
1 teaspoon sugar
Pinch Salt (If Not Using Soy Sauce, Add Salt)
2 Tsp Oyster Sauce
1 tablespoon of oil
10 Tbsp Water

Note :
-Untuk Saus Pendamping Disesuaikan Dengan Selera Ya..Bisa Gunakan Saus Sambal Atau Saus Apapun Yg Kalian Suka👌🏻

-For Complementary Sauce, Adjusted To The Taste. You Can Use Any Sauce Or Sauce You Like👌🏻
